Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment

Sculpt Fusion Pilates is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act.

Measures We Take

  • Descriptive alternative text on all images
  • Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 AA ratios
  • Full keyboard navigation with clearly visible focus indicators
  • Screen-reader compatibility with semantic HTML and ARIA labels
  • Forms with programmatically associated labels
  • Text-size controls (A− / A+) in the site navigation
  • Reduced-motion support for users who prefer less animation
  • Captions or transcripts for any video or audio content we publish (the site currently hosts none)

Feedback & Contact

If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of this website, or have suggestions on how we can improve, please contact us. We take all feedback seriously and aim to respond within 3 business days.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the site regularly and remediate issues as they are identified. Some third-party content (such as external payment apps) may not be fully within our control; where possible we choose accessible alternatives and provide multiple ways to complete any task, including in person at the studio.
