Sculpt Fusion Pilates ("we", "us") operates sculptfusionpilates.com and the Sculpt Fusion mobile app. This policy explains what information we collect when you book classes with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash) when you create an account, or your name, email, and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
Booking data: the classes you reserve, your mat selection, waitlist entries, attendance history, class credits, and any late-cancellation fees.
Payment records: we log payments you make via Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash so we can credit your account. We never collect or store card numbers — all payments happen directly through those services.
Waiver acceptance: the date and time you accepted the liability waiver.
To manage your reservations, waitlists, class credits, and membership tier.
To send transactional emails such as booking confirmations, cancellation receipts, and waitlist openings.
To operate the studio: rosters for instructors, attendance and revenue reporting for the studio owner.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We use a single secure, http-only session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Your data is stored in a secure cloud database. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to client data is restricted to the studio administrator.
Google Sign-In: if you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email, and profile picture with us under their own privacy policy.
Payments: Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash payments are handled entirely by those providers — we only record that a payment was received.
You can view your reservations, waitlists, and fees at any time from your account page.
You can permanently delete your account yourself from your account page (Danger zone → Delete my account). This cancels your upcoming reservations, removes you from all waitlists, and signs you out everywhere. Anonymized attendance records may be retained for studio reporting.
You may also email us to request a copy of your data or its deletion.
Our services are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version.
