By creating an account, booking a class, or using sculptfusionpilates.com or the Sculpt Fusion mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Studio Policies, and the liability waiver. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
All members must accept the liability waiver before participating in any class.
Reservations are for a specific mat in a specific class. A booked mat is yours until you cancel or the class ends.
Standard members may book within their advance window; VIP Unlimited members receive an extended advance window and class-crash privileges when a class is full.
If a class is full you may join the waitlist. When a mat opens, the next person on the waitlist is notified by email — mats are first come, first served.
Cancel at least 5 hours before class start. Cancellations made less than 5 hours before class incur a $5 late-cancellation fee, which must be settled before booking again.
Class credits spent on a booking are refunded when you cancel.
We accept direct payments via Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, and cash at the studio. We do not process card payments through the website or app.
Class packages and VIP memberships are activated once the studio confirms your payment.
All sales are final — no refunds, as stated in our Studio Policies.
All members must follow our Studio Policies, including punctuality, mat etiquette, and respectful behavior. The studio may refuse service or cancel the membership of anyone who repeatedly violates these rules.
Pilates is physical exercise and carries inherent risk of injury. Participation is at your own risk, as detailed in the liability waiver you accept at registration.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sculpt Fusion Pilates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
You may delete your account at any time from your account page. Deletion cancels upcoming reservations, removes waitlist entries, and signs you out everywhere.
The studio may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or the Studio Policies.
All content on this site and app — including the Sculpt Fusion name, wordmark, photos, and class descriptions — belongs to Sculpt Fusion Pilates and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
